The task we chose to do with my classmates was to make a public service announcement. We chose this task specifically and were really excited to do it. I have used Inshot to edit the videos and sounds that my classmates Zeynep Yurt and Ayşe Rümeysa Şahin sent me. The inshot is a great tool that you can use to edit, trim and add stickers to your videos. There are lots of transitions, easy to find sound tracks and animations. Best part about this tool is that it can be used on your phone so if some of your students dont have accesss to computers, this is the program to recommend your students to use.
I think the digital storytelling is great and can force the students to use their creative minds. I would definitely use digital storytelling in my classes in the future but maybe add an voice over option on an already done movie or animation.
